Sellers are contractually obligated to not bid on their own Horses

No Buyer Premium

Payment: Due by Friday October 18th 5:00PM. Late fees of $25 per day apply to past due balances.

If after 20 days, the payment has not been received from the buyer the transaction will be canceled and the livestock will remain in sellers name

all defaults on payment will result in a ban in all future Auctions 

Accepted Payment: Cash, Check, ACH (electronic check, takes 24 hours to process), Credit Card up to $3,000 (3% Fee), Wire Transfer ($20 Fee). Please call our office at 308-767-2665 if you would like ACH or Wire Transfer Instructions.

Picking up- You have 14 days for removal before storage fees of $25 per day start per item.

All Horses Are Sold As-Is Where-Is. No Returns or Refunds.
